Items may be refunded ONLY if you find that it is defective upon arrival. If you feel that you have a defective product, email us at - please include your name, order number, a photo of the defect, and a brief description of the defect. The email will be reviewed & if the product is found defective, you will be given a choice for a refund, replacement item, or store credit.   

*We MUST be notified of the defective item no later than 7 business days after you have received your item.
